To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be shipped back within 10 days of the delivery date.

• The item must be in new, unused, and re-sellable condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship out the replacement product.
